We use ECO-UV ink. This process involves:

Our UV printing is designed for long-term use, especially on PU leather without special coatings, as this allows the ink to bond most effectively to the surface.
Here is what you can expect in terms of durability:
Peeling & Cracking: Unlike stickers or vinyl, our ECO-UV ink becomes part of the leather’s texture. It is highly flexible, meaning it won't crack or peel even when the leather bends.
Scratch Resistance: Our prints are very tough and built for daily handling. However, like any printed surface (or even the leather itself), it is not "indestructible."
+ Normal Use :
In daily scenarios (rubbing against clothes or inside a bag), the print remains beautiful.
+ Heavy Friction :
If you scratch the print firmly with a sharp object, fine lines may appear.
These are usually only visible upon very close inspection and aren't noticeable
from a normal distance.
+ Extreme Stress :
If the surface is subjected to "hardcore" scratching (for example, with a key
or metal tool for 10 minutes), the ink structure will eventually break down.
This is true for any material, including the leather itself.

Technical & Ordering Requirements
We offer two options depending on your project needs:
- Ready-to-Go:
We keep 0.7mm White PU Leather in stock. This is the most durable, cost-effective material for high-quality printing. - Supply Your Own:
You may bring your own leather, but it must meet these 4 requirements:
- Width: Up to 3m (Roll) or 1.2m (Flatbed).
- Color: Light colors are best. Dark materials require double-layer printing (White Ink + Color), which increases the cost.
- Thickness: Less than 1mm for our Roll machine; up to 4mm for our Flatbed machine.
- Surface: Must be Oil-Free and No-Coating . If the leather has a protective oily coating, the ink cannot bond and will scratch off easily.
If you bring your own material (e.g., for a 5-meter print), you must provide at least 7 meters (Extra 2m).
- Wastage (1.5m): The machine needs 1.5m of material just to "grab" and create tension to start printing.
- Testing (0.5m): We use this to calibrate colors and ensure the quality is perfect before starting your job.
- Safety Margin: We highly recommend providing double the amount of material. If a machine error occurs mid-way, having extra material ensures we can finish your project without you needing to buy and ship a new roll to us.
While our machine can handle 3m width and 30m+ length, we limit printing sections to 10 meters at a time. Printing very long continuous sections increases the risk of visual errors. If your design is longer than 10m, please consult with us first so we can plan the production safely.
To ensure the sharpest print quality, please follow these guidelines:
- Software: Adobe Illustrator (AI) is preferred.
- Size: Create your artwork at 100% actual scale.
- Format: Save as a High-Quality PDF. * Large Files: If the file size is too heavy for PDF, please export and send it as a TIFF file.
