FAQ:::
1. Can you print on both genuine leather and faux (PU) leather?
Yes! Our advanced UV printing technology is compatible with high-quality genuine leather as well as synthetic alternatives like PU (Polyurethane) and faux leather. Whether it’s a luxury corporate gift or a personal fashion accessory, the ink bonds perfectly to the surface.
2. How does UV printing on leather work?
We use ECO-UV ink. This process involves:
+ Direct Application: The ink is printed directly onto the material. + Instant Curing: UV light dries the ink instantly, allowing it to bond with the leather’s natural grain. + Texture Retention: The print follows the unique texture of the leather rather than sitting like a thick layer on top. 3. Will the print peel or crack over time?
Our UV printing is designed for long-term use, especially on PU leather without special coatings, as this allows the ink to bond most effectively to the surface.
Here is what you can expect in terms of durability: Peeling & Cracking: Unlike stickers or vinyl, our ECO-UV ink becomes part of the leather’s texture. It is highly flexible, meaning it won't crack or peel even when the leather bends. Scratch Resistance: Our prints are very tough and built for daily handling. However, like any printed surface (or even the leather itself), it is not "indestructible." + Normal Use : In daily scenarios (rubbing against clothes or inside a bag), the print remains beautiful. + Heavy Friction : If you scratch the print firmly with a sharp object, fine lines may appear. These are usually only visible upon very close inspection and aren't noticeable from a normal distance. + Extreme Stress : If the surface is subjected to "hardcore" scratching (for example, with a key or metal tool for 10 minutes), the ink structure will eventually break down. This is true for any material, including the leather itself. Pro-Tip: For the best results, we recommend printing on uncoated PU leather, which provides the strongest grip for the ink and the highest level of durability. 4. What kind of leather items can I customize in Kuala Lumpur?
Unlike Premium gift printers, we specialize in large-format industrial UV printing.
We print directly on to raw leather rolls or flat sheets before they are cut and sewn into finished products. Important Note on Our Process: • Raw Material Only: We print on flat, raw leather or PU leather rolls. We cannot print on finished items (like an already-made bag, a thick wallet, or a suitcase). • Thickness Limit: Our high-precision industrial machine has a fixed height. We print on any item thicker Between 0.7mm - 4mm. • Post-Production Ready: Our service is perfect for manufacturers and brands in Malaysia who want to print their custom patterns or logos onto the material first, then send it for stitching and assembly into products like:
Who is this for? If you are a designer, a corporate gift manufacturer, or a brand owner in KL looking to create a unique line of leather goods, we provide the high-quality "Raw-to-Print" solution you need. Note: If you already have a finished product (e.g., a bag you bought from a store) that you want to add a name to, our large-scale machinery is not suitable for that specific job. 5. Can I print full-color logos or photos on leather?
Absolutely. Our printers support high-resolution, full-color printing including gradients, fine text, and complex logos. We can also print white ink, which allows designs to pop even on dark brown or black leather surfaces.
6. Where is your leather printing shop located in KL?
B Three Print is located in the Cheras Business Centre. We are centrally positioned to serve the Klang Valley and offer nationwide shipping for bulk leather rolls and material orders.

What materials do I need to prepare?
We offer two options depending on your project needs:
8. Why must I provide "Extra" material for the Roll machine?
If you bring your own material (e.g., for a 5-meter print), you must provide at least 7 meters (Extra 2m).
9. What is the maximum printing size?
While our machine can handle 3m width and 30m+ length, we limit printing sections to 10 meters at a time. Printing very long continuous sections increases the risk of visual errors. If your design is longer than 10m, please consult with us first so we can plan the production safely.
10. How should I prepare my design files?
To ensure the sharpest print quality, please follow these guidelines:
11. What is the Step-by-Step process to order?
To comply with LHDN E-Invoice regulations and ensure a smooth workflow,
we follow a strict transaction flow:
Important Policy: Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, we do not offer refunds or "u-turns." Please double-check all requirements before proceeding. Payment upfront ensures your order is processed immediately and helps us manage government e-invoicing efficiently. 12. Do you offer Hot Stamping, Embossing, or Sewing?
No. We are specialists in Raw Material UV Printing.
We do not provide post-production services like hot stamping, debossing, or sewing the final product. Our clients usually take our printed rolls back to their own manufacturers or tailors to be finished into bags, menus, or stationery.etc... Personalise Leather and Faux Leather Items
